Procédé pour la délivrance du Pass :
Lors de votre venue à l'Accueil du Château, indiquez que vous êtes un habitant de Côte d'Or (un justificatif vous sera demandé) pour demander votre Pass.

Du 19ème Siècle à nos jours

Au 19ème siècle le parc à la Française est transformé en parc à l'Anglaise. Les boiseries de la chapelle du Château de Châteauneuf, alors propriété des Vogüé, sont rapportées à Commarin et installées dans la Chapelle du Château.
Au 20e siècle de nombreuses restaurations sont réalisées
En 2004 l'ensemble des arbres aux abords immédiats du Château est abattu et le parc est dorénavant en cours de reconstitution.

17ème et 18ème Siècle

Aux 17ème et 18ème siècles, le Château est partiellement reconstruit sur la Maison Forte par Charles de Vienne, et aménagé par Marie-Judith de Vienne, Marquise d'Antigny, Grand-mère du célèbre Evêque-Prince de Talleyrand, Ministre de Napoléon ; tel qu'il est restitué à ce jour.
Les Fondations du 14ème siècle sont conservées, sur lesquelles sont construites de nouvelles tours, carrées.

The castle is open for visits from March 28th to November 2026. Daily visits are available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Tuesdays and Wednesdays

History of Commarin

At the origin the castle of Commarin was a fortified house, as it was mentionned in 1214. The owners were from the first line of the Duke of Burgundy.
During the 16th century the castle of Commarin has been transformed, its chapel decorated with an addition of statues, a number of paintings which have been made up for the owners, and the addition of superb heraldic and alchimy tapestries, made up for the Vienne family.

Where there are too many guests for the Stables, it is possible to install a tent in the parc of the Castle.
– illimited capacity of guests
– the Castle is lighted during night
– Electricity is brought at the tent by the Castle
– The renting and installation of the tent and furnitures are for the guests

The 17e century Stables can be rent for a reception or a wedding from 6pm to 4am
– 150 euros for each additional hour after 4am
– Capacity: 200 – 250 persons

– The « Pavillon Neuf » is also available for a Cocktail
– The Castle is all lighted during the night
– The gardens are available for all guests
